Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia H.E. Harry Richard James Kandou accompanied with the First Secretary of the Embassy Reza H. Wiranataatmadja and the translator Joseph Arjono visited the Archives of Yugoslavia on May 24, 2018. The purpose of the visit was announcement of the visit of delegation of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia in July this year in order to talk about plans of mutual activities for the following period as well as about concrete proposal of activates – nomination of the archival documents on the First Conference of Non-Aligned Countries held in Belgrade in 1961. to the UNESCO’s Memory of the World Program and support to the Archives of Yugoslavia for the nomination program of Sukarno’s archives.
The quests as well talked to the Director of the Archives of Yugoslavia about possibility to prepare second part of the collected papers on relations between Yugoslavia and Indonesia.
