Pupils from the Primary School "Zmaj Jova Jovanović" from Belgrade
On 20 April 2012, pupils from the Primary School "Zmaj Jova Jovanović" from Belgrade, located at Meštrovićeva 19, visited the Archives of Yugoslavia with their class teachers. Ninety pupils from the eight, final year, whose curriculum includes 20th century national history, came for a visit. They were greeted by Nada Petrović, department head in the Archives of Yugoslavia. In addition to the video they were shown on the Archives of Yugoslavia, she told them about the history of the building where the Archives is situated, its publishing activities and exhibitions of archival documents. Milan Medaković, department head in the Archives of Yugoslavia, presented the fonds and collections owned by the Archives, and the pupils then had a unique opportunity to see one of the repositories. As a token of welcome, the guests were given scanned documents from the times of Kingdom of Yugoslavia and the socialist period, as well as some of the Archives’ publications
